Our backyard is perfectly landscaped with a 40ft diving pool and plenty of green area for sports of all types. Off the formal living room/ bar, there is a large, covered patio with ping pong table, TV (added since photos were taken), and lounge area. The grill and large dining table provides the perfect setting for warm summer nights. The house also comes with additional entertainment including corn hole, pool floaties, 4 chaise lounges and a fire pit.
Living & Dining
There are two very large, separate living areas that each open to the kitchen. The bar / formal living room also opens up to the covered patio with an outdoor lounge, ping pong table, grill, and outdoor dining area.
Family / TV room also opens to the backyard and is the perfect set up to enjoy movie nights and lounging around.

Bedroom #1 (Master) - The master bedroom has a sofa, a dresser, and a king sized Eight Mattress in addition to large bag and shoe closet. The bedoom opens to a large bathroom that offers a wetroom with a 2 shower heads, 2 sinks, a vanity and separate room for the toilet.
Bedroom #2 has an integrated desk and a king size bed. It also has a full walk-in closet and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom / apartment #3 is located above the garage has a kitchenette, a full bathroom with tub, ample closet space and a separate entrance / exit.
Bedroom #4 can either be used as an office or a bedroom and it has a fold out sofa with a Temperpedic queen sized mattress. This room has the best view of all the bedrooms.
Extras
There is a 2-car garage with one car charger. The house comes with a full-size laundry room with washer/dryer / iron. We also offer baby equipment: bassinet on wheels, a highchair, a baby tub, and a changing Pad.
